REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not issue refunds, returns or exchanges for digital products or business services. 

If you mistakenly purchase the same digital product more than once we are more than willing to offer another digital product in exchange for FREE, however we are unable to issue refunds for digital products.

If a transaction is disputed as unauthorized or fraudulent but passes Shopify security checks (including AVS and CVC verification), the billing information matches the cardholder details, and the digital product or service was successfully delivered and accessed, the transaction will be considered authorized and non-refundable.

Access, download, or use of digital products constitutes confirmation of delivery and fulfillment of services. Refunds will not be issued for digital products once access has been provided.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for delivered digital products or rendered services. Any disputes filed after access has been confirmed will be formally contested with supporting evidence, including access logs, IP address data, and account activity records.
